Common problems and how to fix them
Secure VPN will not connect
Try a different region first, since some networks block specific VPN endpoints. If nothing connects, disable the VPN, restart, and check that no second VPN client is installed — two VPN drivers on one machine rarely coexist.
Cloud backup is not running
Backup is Windows-only, and it needs a backup set defined. Open Cloud Backup, confirm which folders and file types are selected, and check the schedule. Large first backups can take days on a slow upload connection — that is normal, not a fault.
The renewal price jumped
Introductory pricing applies to the first term only. You can see and change the renewal in your Norton account before the date. Turning auto-renewal off does not shorten your current term, unlike some competitors' VPN entitlements.
